Grasshopper Chair and Ottoman

The Grasshopper chair and ottoman based on
Eero Saarinen’s chair of the same name, designed
for Knoll in 1946. The Grasshopper is the first chair
Saarinen designed in a series of sculptural chairs
created for Knoll throughout the 1940s and 1950s.
Knoll manufactured the chair and ottoman for
nineteen-years, and ended its production in 1965.
Excellent condition, original upholstery.
